RTO is no issue if my commute from my house to the office is 10-15 minute long. Instead because the housing market is so fucked up I have to drive 3 hours round trip just for one day in the office.

Five days a week is a ridiculous expectation in 2023. Hybrid is the most reasonable approach now.
