Guys the reason why jim is looking at mick very closely at beginning is probably because he is analysing what mick is playing, when jim joined slipknot, he didn't knew much of music theory(i said he didn't knew much), mick was more knowledgeable on music theory and he was the one who wrote the riffs and stuffs at first, so i think jim is still learning from mick (im not 100 percent sure of this but i just saw this information on the Internet and idk if its tru)

I have until now asked how the makers of Slipknot masks fit their faces, Jim when wearing a mask or not his face is the same, Even a mick wearing a very intimidating mask fits perfectly with his big body.

Oh and by the way it's also really cool seeing Jim playing some riffs off of Metallica's "Disposable heroes" in the end of the video! I'm sure Metallica was a really huge musical influence for them and now they are a huge musical influence themselves on the newer generations of metalheads!
