When Helena ascended on Earth, her Homo-Deus goal was to rid Earth of Element, using The One Who Tries Again (The Survivor).
After that goal was completed, she rushed to the Genesis Colony Ship to create HLN-A, with her goals finished, she fades out of existence!
After Gen2, the only forms of Helena left are her Notes on The Island to Earth (Extinction), since she no longer exists and HLN-A was destroyed, though in canon she can be rebuilt, that doesn’t happen ingame though
Theoretically, Rockwell can do nothing, neither can Helena, it will ALWAYS be a tie after her ascension, that’s why she used The Survivor, to complete her goals
Also, If you are wondering, Rockwell got onto the Genesis Colony Ship presumed through the power of Arat Prime, a form of teleport pad, and now that I say this maybe Helena used it as well after Extinction
And also, the Survivor in the Genesis Storyline is different from the Legacy Storyline (TI to Extinction), and I am not gonna continue just go to NeddyTheNoodle he has a lot of lore sh!t xD

i would say rockwell is still stronger then helena he is more of a corupted homo deus what is in someway poatic because he became more powerfull then anny other human but he dosen´t become a god he became a titan a monster
