Mctominay gets credit for “working hard “ from United fans like bro that the least you could do on your job that’s not a good reason to praise players

The fact that you missed Arsenal's CFs off is criminal 😂 Lacazette has 4 goals so does Eddie! If that's not an upgrade Arsenal desperately need then I don't know what is!

Saelemaekers is 22. That’s justifying enough. He’s still developing and he’s come a long way since his early days. We can’t all have an Mbappe or Haaland just showing up everyday.

Everton . Michael Keane, Andre Gomez, Tom Davis and Seamus Coleman

FD truly believe every issue with a club is solved by transfers. Maybe Felipe's numbers are down because of Athletis more expansive football this season? A return to the dominant defensive system seen years prior would surely put both Oblak and Felipe back on track with their numbers (although yes, Oblak did have a very poor season)

Saelemaekers definitely needs an upgrade. If having Origi as the new striker means we can have Mahrez on the right I'm happy with that

The reason locatelli has to keep putting in massive defensive shifts is due to Weston McKennie getting injured. Between the two of them they can help make up the difference Ramsey hasn’t provided.

Those football stats are so silly. On a matchday anything can happen so to say there's expected chances or goals is stupid just like xg

Thomas Meunier should’ve been in the list

Mctominay is genuinely one of the worst midfielders I’ve ever seen at the club he needs to be sold not benched or moved to a new position

Tim Ream is incredible in the dressing room, replacing him now would be a poor move

The fact that some mufc want mctominay to be their next captain shows how the mighty has fallen

Thought Lacazette would've been worth a mention too...

I think McTominay is not a bad player, just a good player given more defensive responsibilities than he can handle. He's a CM, box-to-box or CDM with a partner CDM kind of player. He's far better midfielder than I think he's given credit for, just not got the versatility to play CDM outright. I'd rather play him CAM than CDM, he's just not a defender or defensive midfielder. It's just there are better players in that role, but I think his best position is one higher up the pitch with more creative and positional freedom. Imagine his hold-up play, physicality on the ball and ability to win headers higher up the pitch. Now that would be useful. Add his willingness to be the main man in big games and you have a game winner there. He's not your traditional CAM, but he reminds me of some pretty successful archetypes that it feels like a waste to play him deep.

McTominay to me seems yet another victim of mismanagement at Man U. Tall, strong and technical, I feel he has the passion to be a great workhorse for the club, sad thing is I'm not sure he's a part of Ten Haags vision. Solid player, hope he gets a good go somewhere else
