So happy I found this! I grew up listening to my Mom talk about Edgar Cayce, and suggest reading The Sleeping Prophet. The Association for Research and Enlightenment or A.R.E. Is headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a group based on Mr. Cayce’s readings. Great place to learn meditation and all things peaceful. Peace!

Technically if the second coming of Christ would be in 2000, that would be when Christ is reborn right? So christ would only be 22 at the moment, and in the New Testament, Jesus only started really showing himself as Christ when he reached his 30s. So Edgar could still be right, and we just have to wait another 8-15 years

What Cayce predicted is one thing, what people claim he predicted is another, until there is a way to untangle one from the other we can't prove or disprove what he got right by prediction and what he got right by the hindsight of his later followers.

One proven example of his ability was a Letter written, by who I forget, and that's not really important. The letter not seen by Casey then mailed the letter to an authoritative person. This individual then when he received the letter had witnesses to attest its importance. I don't remember if he was the one who instigated this test or if it was proposed by those associated with Edgar. But before the witnesses he opened and read it's contents. Then Edgar was tasked with relaying the letters contents having never seen it. Which he did. He was called something like The Sleeping Prophet. There are a number of indisputable examples of his abilities. One was having never seen a particular book then repeating it's contents and citing specific sentences on specific pages in those books.

The Essences sounds like. “ Ess seens”. You pronounce everything so very well thought you would like to know. The people that are studying the “Dead Sea Scrolls “ Dr. Ken Johnson” is one of those doing the translation.
