Initially, I wasn’t 100% sure if I was going to get this, The leonopteryx was the only reason I was considering it, but with these new images I am SOLD. I’m also pretty excited to see what kind of custom mini figures people can make with the return of the long arms in new colors. Speaking of colors, the diverse range of colors in the set is just really something else, the whole thing just P O P S

I'd argue that Lego has out done themselves, with this set at least. The heads look like a hybrid of the standard minifigure head mixed with the minidoll head mold.

This set truly is beautiful. I’ve never seen anything quite like this in an official set, it’s such a unique build. And seeing the return of the long legs and arms is great to see, it’s doubtful that we’ll see them again but hopefully they’ll get more use somewhere.

I don’t even like the original movie but I’m glad lego brought back the woody arms and legs for this theme

Imagine if this was released 10 or 12 years when the first movie came out, I wonder how people will react then, this looks so good and glad they are doing things and have a licence too, but I hope the arms and legs come back for other sets and bring back the 2010 style Lego Toy Story figures, so yeah

If you look closely at the back of the box, the hair connects to the animals like in the first film.

1:33 I believe the tail piece is the same used for speedy gonzales in the looney toones CMF in some sort of blue. I might be wrong though.

Two details I noticed: First, the crown piece looks to be glow-in-the-dark (which matches Pandora's bioluminescent flora. Secondly, it's cool that they use Technic to let the wings fold!

Although I've never seen Avatar, this set brings a weird sense of nostalgia to me. Whether it's the Toy Story limbs, or the elaborate colours, or the facial features (such as enlarged eyes and a nose), I'll never know. But I love this set!

This is awesome! I hope LEGO uses those long minifigure arms & legs in future licensed sets! Heck, they’d come in handy for fictional characters like Professor Utonium, Jack Skellington, and other characters!

Toruk Makto & Tree of Souls looks Fantastic. The Leonpterex is Amazing! Minifigure & Direhorse are great. Just an overall excellent set. This Theme is gunna Kick ass!

I love this lego set. Even if they came 13 years too late for my childhood. I had to use dino attack figures to recreate the battles from the movie. And even had the old woody figure and felt like hus proportions would be perfect
