But what if we can’t afford it via our own health plan through our employer? We already don’t get paid much to be financially independent. Rent is astronomical! Groceries are pushing it. But with the little help with healthcare for the kids can help us manage for the next few years until this economy get back down to something affordable. But to say this is to help us with financial independence is another way of saying hey if you don’t qualify then figure it out. Either you make too much or make too little and I refuse to lose a job or make less to meet the requirements. Either actually care to help us survive out here or get out of office.
