Also...THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of the wonderful amazing kind feedback on my last video! It has meant so much to me and has been so uplifting to read, so thank you.

It had been a long while since I made a favorites video, so here are some of the things I have been loving this year and season so far!

I hear you on the eyebrow situation. I’m half Mexican, and started doing a poor job of plucking my eyebrows when I was 10, to avoid resembling Burt from Sesame Street. So glad that thick brows are popular now though.

I always have a spray bottle of rose water, I love it! It's Summer where I live right now, and I've been keeping it in the fridge, it so cool and refreshing, it's great.

I have enjoyed "Origin", "Lost In Space", "Pose", and I have been visiting some vintage tv shows such as "Wonder Woman", and "Batman"!

Still enjoying my journey through your older videos since the start...finally someone else who enjoy spraying the flowery waters just for the pleasure of it! I keep some all year in my fridge and in the summer especially am there all day spritzing along, but I also do it in winter when coffee is not enough!!! You made me laugh with the thing about giving yourself an excuse about shopping a month before your birthday! same here! or I will decide to give myself a gift before, than "forget" I already gifted myself when the real time comes along!!

I've been loving the Queen's Thief series by Megan Whalen Turner both from a reader and a writer's perspective! It's about a Thief in a fictional Mediterranean fantasy country, and it's Highly compelling, especially if you like to re-read books to catch the forshadowing.
The recent "The Man from UNCLE" movie has also been a favorite! It's just a very well constructed espionage film with great visuals, storytelling and soundtrack

I love the mario badescu rose facial spray! it honestly just always feels like such a new pick me up when I spray some! I'm currently loving a new band I recently found, the altogether, so they are definitely a june favorite. unfortunately with finishing my thesis this year I haven't read as many books as I wanted to but I did a much needed reread of Aristotle and Dante which was wonderful and also finallly read the first book of the Discworld series and I'm very excited to read more!

Loved this! Now I want that campfire perfume! And those facial sprays sound like something I would like because you're right, sometimes you just need a moment to refresh during the work day. The floral hair adornment is lovely as well; I can relate to just buying something as opposed to making it. Yes, there's more satisfaction in making it yourself, but when I'm feeling lazy, I just buy it too. Sometimes it's even less expensive to buy, depending on what the item is. A recent beauty favorite of mine is the Wet N Wild gel lip liner. Glides on super smooth, vibrant pigmentation, and even a little moisturizing if you want to use it as an all over lip color.

I feel ya on the eyebrow thing. I'm a quarter Italian (DeMarco is my last name), and mine aren't bushy per se, but they're thick enough that I don't bother with defining them. Too much extra work! Lol. I like the new shape of yours!

Have you tried the Replica perfume called Lipstick On? Its my all time favorite! It smells so vintage without being 'old ladyish'.

Eyebrows are serious business these days ! No one had ever told me they were "jealous" of my eyebrows until pretty recently. As for the replica frag, wood fire is my favorite scent too! I like the grubbier ones, right now I wear Imaginary Authors' a city on fire (which has a bit too much labnadum for my taste) and in the winter I wear DS + Durga's Bowmakers (which is a little more warm and resinous). And your flower hairpieces have been slaying me lately, I look forward to the potential tut <3
