If the UK and the EU can't reach an agreement, a no-deal Brexit could happen. So, what does it mean?

Leaving the EU with no deal is like moving out of your home without another one to move to, making yourself homeless and hoping you can find a new home soon after. You'd be pretty desperate and probably settle for lower standards than you had before.

People who think they are saving 39bn Pounds by no deal are fools . Even after no deal UK will have to still negotiate a deal for trading unless UK is planning to boycott EU countries altogether.

They don't even try to be impartial anymore. This is about as one sided as you could be, what a joke.

As an American it's extremely hard to understand why Brits want to leave the EU. Someone explain.

Why the hell has it taken the BBC three years to make this video?
And why is there no sense of this rationalism in the BBC'S daily brexit coverage?

All that I needed: a video explaining in a way that is summarized and easy to understand the possible implications of a "no deal" and what people are using as a justification for it. Thanks and congratulations!

All this chaos because this is what UK wanted. Not EU. There are 27 countries in EU, so far none wanted to leave. And UK is not the richest country in Europe. There are many others before UK. Such as: Ireland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands or Sweden.

Well the BBC caught lying. The two year transition period will stand and a bill in place last year to enshrine current EU law into UK law. Cameron said this is a simple in out referendum. So where did anyone state a soft Brexit. That question should have been in the referendum.

No deal is the best deal and what the Brits voted for. Stop paying your license

Do you realise that a No Deal would be unconstitutional and so would void the Article 50 process? The Withdrawal Act requires Parliamentary approval of the outcome of the negotiations. Parliament hasn't approved any such outcome so at the moment no withdrawal is constitutionally approved - even if one of the 27 didn't approve an extension the requirement of Article 50 to leave in accordance with our constitution would not have been met and we wouldn't have left.
