Recipe:
Pistachio Fluff Salad
2 - 3.4oz pistachio Jell-O instant pudding mix
1 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2- 8oz container Cool Whip (Thawed)
1- 20oz can crushed pineapple

Combine cool whip and pudding mix
Add remaining ingredients and fold together
Add Decorations/Garnish
Chill for 1-2 hours before serving

Cheesy Potato Brunch Bake
1- 28oz bag O’Brian potatoes
1- 12.8oz package of chicken and apple sausages
1- 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1- 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Add salt and pepper (to taste)
Slice Sausage
Combine all other ingredients
Put in a 9X13 pan- add cheese to top and bake in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes
