this is wrong. you didnt even take into account the minimum value of V.

L = (3.1±0.1) cm has only 2 sig figs. but V = (11.4±0.6) cm³ has 3 sig figs. Their sig figs are unmatched! The correct answer should be V = (11±1) cm³.
