Do you have to apply inside a garage or can you do it on a cloudy day outside ?

Funny you just posted this the same time as im looking for a new spray. I wanted something that has both carnauba wax properties + ceramic at the same time instead of 1 or the other. Def been wanting this product even though a tad pricier
