The policy of fed should be to ensure inflation of essential goods/ expenses such as real estate rents is in check with respect to income levels THATS it. And rest everything should be consumption based tax. And business income should also be taxed in some form.

Depreciating dollar value will increase inflation and will crash the financial sector. Even if people get their money, it needs a value more than the goods they spend on or they will be spending more.

Creative Lawyering: All frozen Russian assets are transferred to Ukraine-Russia Peace Bank for safekeeping (located in Ukraine). If it is deemed dormant for one year, then a hefty dormancy fee would be imposed. Only when Russia signs a peace treaty would they be allowed access to the account.

I agree with former Secretary of the Treasury Summers that depositors need the most solid of assurances otherwise imho they will complete the migration of deposits to larger banks.

The current banking problems have been caused, again, by the far right extremist party, and the bankers who payroll them, who together caused the 2008 great financial depression. They together watered down Dodd-Frank, which should have been strengthened to put not only big banks but medium and small banks regularly through stress tests both when interest rates were falling and rising(anytime they changed significantly).
