Gen X here. Young people, listen with hope to this man. Don't believe the hype that every one of my generation easily got our houses. I worked 15-hour days, 5 days a week for over a year to get on the property ladder, most of my peers have similar stories. I couldn't do that now! What I'm saying is although you haven't got it easy, with a clear goal, use your strength and stamina to graft like a nutter for 2 or 3 years UP FRONT, and you ABSOLUTELY CAN do this. I adore and passionately believe in Gen Z for many reasons but want them to unplug from all the hopeless noise being shoved down their throat and get serious about carving out the life of their dreams.

Hi, we've recently sold our house to get into hmo's... im in the building business, so all the work would be done by myself. We have around £110k would this be a decent amount to get into the hmo side of property
