"Once" es el quinto álbum de la banda Nightwish, lanzado el 7 de junio del 2004 por Nuclear Blast. Spinefarm Records también lanzó una edición platino de este álbum el 24 de noviembre del 2004 que además de las canciones originales incluía Live to Tell the Tale, White Night Fantasy y el vídeo de Nemo por Antti Jokinen. La versión norteamericana del álbum contiene el vídeo Wish I Had an Angel.

Durante su primera semana de lanzamiento, Once entró en el número uno en Alemania, Grecia, Noruega y Finlandia, vendiendo 80.000 copias tan solo en Alemania. En Mayo, Nemo fue el primer sencillo en ser lanzado, después le vino Wish I had an Angel en Septiembre, Kuolema Tekee Taiteilijan en Noviembre y The Siren en julio del 2005.
