I made this at Easter. Omitted the onion, since several of my family don’t like it. And I added some sliced smoked sausage about half way through. It was so yummy! I’ll definitely make it again. I may cut back the cheese a bit, it was super cheesy. I like it that way, but some family can’t tolerate all that lactose. But thank you for sharing this recipe! It’s so easy and delicious!
