How long does it take to the restore to work? I have reset/restored my watch but the watch is still stock. Nothing changed after restoring it. It says it was successfully.

Does the backup include apps, watch faces, and data, so the restore will return the watch to way it was prior to the factory reset?

I did the latest update, and now the battery dies extremely fast.  I used to be able to go 2 days without having to recharge, but since the update, it went down to 11% in just about 12 hours.  Do I need to do a reset, and if so, which one?

So my gear sport disconnected from my phone and I can't connect it back to the app. Not that big of a deal because either way I have to reset it, because I'm getting a new phone next weekend. Can I back it up without it being connected to my phone?
