I get tickled, Let us give credit where credit is due. So many scholars and artists have dedicated their lives to make this a great cultural center. Hundreds of thousands of people have donated millions in money and art to the getty. the foundation and museum and research center staff continues on and all those donations were invested, yes, invested and made a profit. This museum belongs to all of us it is a non profit created with donations from all of us. Go enjoy the view. Donate, it is tax deductable.
