That's where the BEATLAB mini comes in; it's a training tool that lets you practice rhythm more accurately and enjoyably. In addition to a versatile metronome function that includes a wide range of sounds, including human voice and real drum pattern sounds, this unit provides a training function that detects and evaluates the discrepancy between the metronome and the notes that you play. can we plug in a guitar or bass into this and use the training function to check our playing? will it able to detect our playing/strumming/picking as "triggered" sound? we can't really find a metronome that does that for guitar/bass/keyboard.

Needs a firmware hack where instead of "Too fast" or "Too slow" it says, "Were you rushing, or were you dragging?"
