The lawyer probably thought it would be good idea because back in the day they would say that the new car smell was actually chemicals from the factory that it was made in. My two dads was truckers they said the chemicals were bad. I do think it has been regulated

Problem is there's no consequences for frivolous lawsuits and even if you win you lose because you have to pay to defend yourself. We need a loosers pay system
