@24:07 I have no idea how I'm expected to understand this sport when the RULES SEEM TO CHANGE on a whim with this ride clock says 7.82 and rider is not even on the bull no rope in hand etc but without question qualified ride and moved to 1st place. -- just trying to make sense of things.
