A few of you have asked about installing the spoiler along with a luggage rack/trunk rack. You cannot have both installed at the same time. However, if you install the spoiler, then later decide to install a trunk rack, you could remove the spoiler. You would need to plug the holes drilled in the covers, but that would be pretty easy and I doubt you would even see them with the luggage rack installed.

Great video with a ton of detail. I just received mine in matte black today and will install it soon. Glad I got to the party late, going to use the goldstrike distribution block with the correct wiring adapter so there’s no need to cut wires! Keep doing what you do! 🙏

This video was amazing and complete! Based on your video I would absolutely do the install! With that being said, Honda should have installed a light like that when they built the bike in their factory…it’s a lot of disassembly. But again your video was perfect and showed how to install the product perfectly! Well done!!

The nicest LED spoiler out there. PF does make great stuff. This is on my list. Good job showing it all. I can see that the side panel on the rear case comes off differently then 18-20 model.

Hello Cruiseman,
I just completed the install of the Pathfinder LED spoiler and the Honda trunk light on my 2024 Goldwing. I wanted to let you know of a couple of issues I came across during the install.
You said you cover the painted parts with tape before you drill the holes. I used the blue painters tape to cover the painted parts. After drilling the holes I started to remove the tape and found it was stuck to the gaskets. I had to use a knife to separate the tape from the gasket.
After checking the fit of the spoiler I removed the red backing material from the 3M tape. It all pealed off until I got to 2 mounting locations. It left a big piece of the red backing material on both sides. I used a letter opener to get the rest of the backing out.
Also while checking to make sure everything worked I could not get the trunk light to come on. After checking all the connections I found that once the trunk is closed and then opened the light works. I could not find anything about how the light operates while doing a search on the trunk light.
Thanks to your video the install went as planned and the spoiler looks great. I love the added safety of having the turn signal and break light up higher on the bike.

I have received a mail from Pathfinder that i am on their shipping list and the guy told me that i probably are going to get a black spoiler very very soon. Lets hope. I live in Belgium so i do have to wait a couple of weeks to receive it. I am on their waitlist for a couple of months now so i hope i have the spoiler soon and then i can mount it onto the bike( is a black one)

I have a question regarding this spoiler, can it be installed using the OEM trunk sub harness break light connections?
I own an all black 2022 Goldwing and I do not want to add the chrome OEM truck rack ‘cause well, it’s chrome. I really like the look of this spoiler and it comes in black. All I want the added safety of the third brake light; not so much the running nor turn signal lights. Also, I purchased the Quick Release Trunk from Traxxion Dynamics and don’t want to add more connectors to the operation of removing the trunk. Can this be done with this spoiler?
