The “Nauka” Multifunctional Laboratory Module was docked to the Zarya service module’s Earth-facing port, on the Russian segment of the International Space Station, on 29 July 2021, at 13:29 UTC (09:29 EDT, 16:29 MSK). The Nauka (Наука, “Science”) module is a research module designed to expand the functionality of the Russian segment of the International Space Station.
