Took me one hour to figure out the setup then realized the product I have was upgraded from the instructional videos of 3 years ago. Found this one - 12 minutes shorter and took me two minutes. Dud that's awesome. Thank you!

Ours did not come with the screw-on top for the phone mount, instead it just sits in a slot and is held in by nothing but gravity. Terrible design, I'm not sure why they changed it, but I'll be sending ours back.
