I owned & restored an all matching numbers '69 GTO 400 / 4spd / Front Discs years ago. I still feel the '68-'70 GTO was one of the top 5 styled cars of all time.

My dad’s friend took me for a ride in his ‘69 GTO (400 TH400) when I was 12. Ray could burn rubber for blocks, I swear! My voice changed that day…been into performance cars ever since!

I am a Mopar guy but I did own a 69 Lemans and really liked it. GTO was not affordable even back in the 80s. Actually owned a few GM cars in my lifetime. My 65 Corvair Monza 110 being one of my favorites.

My brother owned a 1968 GTO RamAirII, 6.5L 400h.o. It was a very rare optioned GTO. It was Mayfair Maze (pale yellow) black vinyl top, hide away headlights, black interior, a actual "Hurst" Dule Gate (his & hers) shifter. I think 68 might have been the last year, maybe 69s as well. But I know the later modles still had the dule gate shifter, but they were not Hurst specific. Marc's shifter had Hurst stamped on the side. It came with the optional 410 rear gears. Man that Color scheme with the Mayfair Maze and the Black on Black was cool as hell. And idk what it was that that lil goat was possessed with, but I seen that car with my own 2 eyes, out run several cars that it should have had zero chance against!! Hemi cars, 440 Sixpack cars, 427 SS cars. Craziest shit I ever seen. No way his car should have beat most of those rides. But it did. Now I will say, his best buddy had a 70 Hemi Cuda that Would drag Marc's ass most of the time. But that thing probably had 150+ more H.P.s and weighed about 500lbs less. I used to watch Lonnie jump 3Ltr pop bottles with the front tires just for fun. LoL It was probably the most radical street car I ever rode in. At the time. This was the late 70s, early to mid 80s. If we could get 400hp out of our small block 350s, we thought we were kings!! I would have loved to have the tech they have today back then.

No doubt, Pontiac made the coolest cars.

My dad had a '69 Judge. It was the common Carousel Red, but it had a factory white interior. I remember seeing pictures of it sitting in my grandparents driveway. It's literally the only '69 Judge I've ever seen with factory white interior. On YouTube or anywhere else. Man, i wish he'd kept that car.

I had a 69 Judge when I was 17. It was bright orange black interior Ram air IV 4 speed version. Never lost a race in it. Loved the Judge.

In the summer of 1978, my ex and I went to Car Craft Nationals in Indianapolis, Indiana. We drove our 1969 GTO Judge and had the time of our lives. There were several magazines that featured it, the best photo shoot was for the cover of Popular Hot Rodding October 1978 issue. It was hugger orange and one of the first blown cars driven on the street, much less all the way to Indianapolis from outside of Nashville. We were treated like rock stars and will never forget it. The photo shoot was taken behind a row of trees inside the fairgrounds with no one in on what was about to happen. Steve Reyes wanted a burnout shot for the cover and he got what he wanted. It was fantastic!
Now I own a 1972 Corvette Stingray and will always love hot rods but the GTO was the ultimate.

My mother had a 68 GTO convertible with the "His & Hers" Hurst shifter when I was a teenager.

Little GTO....really know how to shine. Three deuces and four speed and a 389. Listen to her tackin' up now, listen to her whine. Turn it out, wind it up, blow it out: GTO.

My buddy in Philly has the same color Judge and a blue 1970 Ram Air IV

The color is rare for a judge, adding the white vinyl top and red interior makes this one very special.

Help a Mopar guys here... was the Judge package a low-budget, go-fast upgrade? Or was it more in line with a GTX, when compared to a cheaper Road Runner?

Hi Steve, an Australian viewer here, love your videos. Just wondering how much they are asking for this car? (approximately will do)
