[D2R] Uber Smiter in 50 Seconds!!!

@Coooley recently beat my 1-min Smiter record, finishing at 53.4s. One key ingredient from his build is the use of a Phoenix shield (credit to @windedwhiskey2677) which gives massive %ED on the Grief damage. I tweaked the build suggested by @masterodis1954, changing Rattlecage to Duress. The run can be done in 48 seconds, because
1) I wasted some time picking up Baal's Eye from Duriel.
2) My Zakarum shield does not have mods (res/ED-AR).
But it is more interesting if a different build can give something around 45 seconds!

hmmm so you got 12k extra health from item?? or is that 90 to somehow in hell.... are somehow usin i guess that bow so fast we can't see it?? i dunno i can't tell if this is legit but i guess can't tell if you have 1324 str somehow bugged into armor through patchs being abused through ebug can't tell if your merc has some weapon that somehow does 9k can't tell if your speedrun isn't already laid out n for the 3000 secounds it took to make the runewords to get there was worth 9 years or the 40000 people it took you to run those are good or if your really good at "getting" plus str for thier semi casual block rate check-additon to defense cause like 12k took like an hour.... so somehow getting 1800 dexcheck crit- ?? or the parable into doing 900 damage more than grief is a substandard seems like your crit isnt sustainable without a very unacceptable helmet in drop rates seems like the little things of meph havin a dex glitch to it wasn't really obtained diablo was weaker than spawn rate n duriel ice non resistance meant like it would have to kinda be like 30 or so fire charms to damage i kinda wanna say you 1hp
