I have been feeling so good today. I felt lighter, as if something heavy was removed. I found myself shutting everything out except for very simple things…like being amazed at a butterfly. I have zero care for things that I was paying attention to just a few days ago. I have an overwhelming sense of peace, calmness. It’s so wonderful that I’m up late not wanting to go to sleep and this day to end.

I have been grounding for 10-15 mins per day now. I can tell that I sleep better and wake up in less pain in my lower back. I missed a day and boy could I tell the difference. I am going to increase the time now as much as possible.

VERY INTERESTING. ... not only because I have been experiencing a number of the "effects of stronger Schumann Resonance" list recently, but also because, in looking at the chart of the solar cycles since 1962, I can recall instances of experiencing these effects (since 1979) which seem to correlate with the periods of solar max or heightened total solar irradiance.
I am 75 yrs old -- it would be interesting for someone to poll other senior citizens who have a strong intuitive side to see if they also can look back over the decades and correlate this.

THIS one was an extra special gift of GOOD NEWS that really enhanced my own frequency, lol. ❤ I sleep with an earthing/grounding sheet on my bed to help keep inflammation down and strengthen my energy field. I do find that when the radiation from solar flares hits earth I get extremely fatigued with light headaches. Earthing does not seem to help these symptoms. I just have to ride it out. 😢. I do spend a lot of time in nature.

I got my earthing shoes, Stefan! I love them! So simple, honest, and beautifully made. As your website says, they are polished and slippery at first, especially on indoor carpet, but my sand and gravel desert environment quickly roughed them up a little for better traction. I'm walking about 20 minutes around sunset, after work, and throwing in a few figure-8s for good measure. Again, I love them and thanks for all your work in making this product available! (Also I smiled to see the little shoe ornament greeting me when I first opened the box. It's hanging in my house now.)
