So fun fact. Black currant is still not a common ingredient in the United States because for a long time the plant was banned here because it was friendly to a fungus that hurt pine trees so the logging industry petitioned to have them banned here. From what I understand the are now allowed to be grown legally in the United States but because they were not available here for so long they're not popular. I'm personally a big fan of black current flavor and when I went to England last year I ate black current everything

I loved Jazzercise. I used to roller skate 2 nights a week and Jazzercise 2 nights and I ran with my dog every day. Wow, I used to be so energetic when I was young!

You can use the eyeliner palette for eyeshadow. I was given one of those as a gift and I used it for eyeshadow and liner. They stayed all day. No change at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

I actually met Richard Simmons at the airport when I worked there and he was in a bright yellow track suit you could see him coming and he was very nice and he travelled in economy class and was really kind, I will never forget his bright yellow workout suit he wore. ✌️ 💛 🇨🇦
