I'm trying to understand the CO2 regulator/hose/keg coupler setup because I want to drink carbonated water as a health aid.
If I want plain soda water is the pressure also 12 psi? I thought it was much higher like 60 psi.

Great video. It does help to use beer lube in the gasket and you should always bleed the CO2 before you connect. Pull the little tab on the sanke and you’ll hear a hissing noise, then connect.

quick question. I saw you set the regulator... do you have the ball valve open as well so gas is coming out as you tap it or do you open the gas ball valve after you tap? I have a twin tap so there are ball valves after the regulator. Thanks. My Dos Equis Lager keg is awaitin...

I'm getting mixed opinions on this question. Do you turn on CO2 to regulator then open valve sending CO2 to keg tap then tap keg while charged? Some people are saying to tap keg first then turn on gas or you will get a beer shower. I'm tapping my first keg and want to get it right the first time.

Hey awesome you are from San Anto! 2005 UTSA alumni myself. Looking at vids at how to set up a beer draft. I just bought some beer tab handles and looking to get that beer draft feeling for a party in the future. I don't know how to install them. What do I need to get started?
