Показать описание
You are watching live the first-panel discussion of The Big Reset: From Crisis Mode To Entrepreneurial Mindset.
Entrepreneurs, leaders, experts, community builders, and policy-makers are discussing and exploring opportunities to use the covid-19 crisis momentum and turn our popular outsourcing destination into the Top Innovation Hub in CEE?
In the past years, Bulgaria has become a popular outsourcing destination. This business started with telephone and transaction-related services which depended mostly on manpower. Gradually, we have experienced a technological transition, which required more skilled professionals to provide various IT services and software development. This not only boosted the local knowledge economy but also attracted world-class companies, which opened shared services and R&D centers. So, we can observe a steady development towards a higher added value. But we can also observe limitations in resources - here we cloud name already the sheer number of available talent on the market. The competition for the best talent has increased, and with it - the labor costs.
You can listen to:
Vassil Terziev, Eleven Ventures, Campus X
Vesko Kolev, VP Product at Progress
Mihail Mateev, Microsoft Regional Director and catalyzer of #JStalks
Assen Vassilev, Founder of Center for Economic Strategy and Competitiveness
Vladimir Danailov, Deputy Mayor of Sofia for Digital Transformation, Innovation and Economic Development
Ivaylo Slavov, CEO of BULPROS and Board Member at AIBEST
