One Planet Plate - Launching in Hong Kong 2022

Join us in putting sustainability on the menu! Launched in Singapore and the UK, and now in Hong Kong, One Planet Plate presented by HSBC is calling on all chefs to serve 5 million better meals in 2022. Join us alongside industry leaders as we serve up a sustainable food revolution!

What is a One Planet Plate? There is no one answer to what a One Planet Plate looks like. To qualify, chefs must consider at least one of the following when sharing a recipe:
📍 CELEBRATE LOCAL: Use locally sourced, seasonal and non-intensively-farmed produce
♻️ WASTE NO FOOD: Rethink how food surplus or common by-products are used
🥬 MORE VEG: Shift the proportion of animal protein towards plant-based ingredients
🎣 SOURCE FISH SUSTAINABLY: Serve fish from sustainable stocks, and educate diners on the choice
👣 LOW CARBON FOOTPRINT: A dish that is low in emissions from farm to fork"
