For past few weeks I have been regularly eating in a Bangladeshi restaurant in Europe.

The cook there an old man from Sylhet in Bangladesh has one of the best south asian style food cooking ability according to my experience which included an experience in the famous and popular "6th Ballygunge place" too.

He cooks a fish curry with cucumber and believe me even though the curry and fish are a treat to mix and eat with rice nothing in my experience of 50 years so far compared with the taste of cucumber slices soaked in the light fish curry.

And he has too many varieties in his repertoire, often with the same ingrediants.
