This is one of the best channels I've ever seen due to the fact you don't find many supermarket rack system channels. I wanted to get into refrigeration during my journey as an electrician in 2005-2010. I was laid off and went to work for an old man that ran an automotive paint supply business. He promised me to succeed the business when he retired. He sold the business and fired me, being into paint sales for 10 years, I was hired in at the competitor and after they were bought out by the same young man, I was fired and had no job for 6 months. Then rona hit and I was struggling to stay a float. I took a job at walmart making 18 dollars an hour stocking produce. It's sad to see not one local trade contractor here offer me the same pay and benefits from working at walmart. I watch these channels to learn and to calm my brain. Much like a toddler to a blankie. I lost my fiance and mate over this because of finances and me being a bum not bringing in any income. My fiance worked at walmart as a temporary job until I "succeeded" the business then we were going to run it together. Now I'm alone, and being told by several contractors i'm just too old to get into the trade because they are looking for young bucks fresh out of their commercial refrigeration school. I try to learn from my mistakes in life and take the road less traveled but it got me no where and at a dead end job. Thank you for showing me the inside of what could have been and keep my hungry brain going.

1) "can't trust the temperature probe" -- oy. Is that an "always check"?

2) there's a thermometer right behind it, but that's not the probe, right? The probe is a "little tube thing" with a wire on it, right?

3) (great trick of the trade) How did you get the cup of hot water to stay up at the temperature probe? Duct tape?

I am working on a parallel rack with emerson E2 controller. I used to believe it is a temperature sensor stop system. But how to identify it is suction stop or temperature sensor stop? 🙏
