Your no-nonsense overviews are very valuable for me. Thank you for putting so much work into your videos.

Whoever thought up that llm-colosseum is obviously as ancient as I am. Back in the early nineties, there were competition programming environments where you could write the battle strategy logic for a onscreen robot combatant using the specific programming language you were trying to learn and then release it into a colosseum like environment to fight with robots run by other battle strategy logic. It was all just ascii graphics on the screen but it taught efficient programming techniques. Putting your robot's driving choices, enemy detection and weapons control into separate loops created a robot which was sluggish and did only did one thing at a time. Putting all three logical tasks in a single tight loop and caching enemy location between iterations gave you a myopic ninja with great agility but a tendency to loose track of retreating enemies. Lots of fund and a good way to learn. Hope the LLMs have as much fun with it as we old timers did.

You robbed me of laughing at your beatboxing because it was actually very good! #kudos 👏

Download and run locally often works surprisingly well on an M1 macbook for some models!

What was the tool that edits the text on Ai images? You spoke about it in one of your previous videos.

The breakdown of new AI features was super insightful. For entrepreneurs leveraging AI, remember that integrating these tools can streamline operations, but it's crucial to keep a human-in-the-loop approach to ensure quality control and ethical considerations. Always stay updated with the latest AI governance and ethical standards to maintain trust with your users.

Thx for sharing about the new dolphin. It doesn’t seem to even require too much compute.

Renai…. Very helpful. My computer is full of unnamed pictures … If apple hasn’t already thought of adding auto naming into their AI for the June WWDC, they should.

Couple questions: will it rename already named ones, and will the ones that get named on my hard drive also get renamed in the cloud backups?

Heygen HS !

Thanks Igor 👏

as a beatboxer kid myself, i loved that riff. As a music producer, i couldn't believe my ears! i had this idea of an AI algorythm that could translate voice inputs into actual sounds, back in 2016 and i was telling my friends, that maybe this will one day be a real thing. All they need to do now is somehow fix the latency and make it run in real time, like i imagined it so long ago :))

Suggestion:
Try using "new AI use cases" like you used in an older video (3 weeks ago) in the thumbnail in an AB test and keep the "AI news you can use" to name the series...

I swear i felt so compelled and FOMO w that first naming... I had to click the video. I do think the videos in this series would blow up more as more people would feel the same as I did

Keep up the good work bye!

Easy to use to run LLM locally that have been mentioned on many channels is LM Studio free and one step install even estimates if you can run a model locally. GPT4 editing looks a early inpainting open source model glad to see how much better they are than current SDXL.
AI models still seem to me like a race to bottom at some point most tools will be good enough to use locally, the main benefit right now for large compute clusters seems to train refine models to run locally in the same way that video game emulators can get games like red dead redemption to run on phones.

Wow….English is not my first language (Hungarian, went to school in Germany)

A few months ago, just for fun, I put some of my 5-6 year old blogs through some AI detectors. All said that they are 70-85% written by AI 😂😂😂

So when I heard you talk about this problem it made me feel better… for just a moment.

Then it dawned on me: Google search will hate my blogs, no matter what!

Namely if use my trusted AI assistants to help me write the first draft and severely edit their work, not edit their work at all or 100% write my own stuff …. I’m doomed.

My blogs will be always be flagged as AI?

Interesting. 🤨

Wow! Now just another week to follow up all these leads, and then you're back on, with tantalisingly more. Give us a break. How do I find time to pursue my interest in Artificial ignorance (i.e., TikTok)?

The AI in Motion fron HeyGen isn't actually an avatar.

I thought it qas upon first viewing aa well but it is a recording of the guy walking outside with AI mouth movement and voice.

Still cool but not quite as cool as it seems
