Amy seems like she has gone downhill instead of improving. She needs to try to change her behavior at least for her kids. If she needs help she needs to seek it herself, no one will help her unless she is willing to let someone help her. She seems to be suffering from a deep depression and that same depression has lead her in the wrong direction, and with the wrong people. She still has time to change, if not her life will become a shipwreck and it will be extremely hard to fix.
