Dearest Memory Man,
I am a longtime subscriber and believe that yours are the finest, most sensitive and most thorough ‘In Memoriam’ tributes I have ever experienced. Please, in your next beautiful production, include the prolific and exceptional film historian and critic, Lee Gambin. He passed very suddenly on the evening of May 23 of a heart attack at the very young age of 44. You can seek him online to learn more about his outstanding output for someone so young. He was my very special friend and the rarest of shooting stars, a fireball that exploded so magnificently into our lives … the nucleus of our Cinemaniacs film community. If you choose to include him in your next memorial, the pictures of him online with his little white pup Buddy would be an excellent accompaniment. Heartfelt thanks from Down Under.
