This is a project that I have been working on for some time. I sincerely hope you enjoyed it. ( :

WARNING: DO NOT look into the LED at close range when powered, it has the power to burn through your retina in seconds.

If you plan to make this, there are few things to remember;
1. depending on the parts you bought, my design may not fit perfectly.
2. you may need to drill a few holes here and there, especially when mounting the battery compartment.
3. The fan needs to be overvolted slightly to keep the LED cool, alternatively, you may use a 50W LED, and set the current to 1.5A, everything else remains the same.
4. You MUST print the Parts beyond the voltage booster in ABS or other higher temperature plastic. PLA will melt.

Parts List: (some are affiliate)
I am confident that you can find the rest of the components by yourself.

Hi, this was an amazing project and I really liked it.

But one main issue is that the 3S lipo battery used does not have an over discharge protection thus causing problems.

Thus, it would be great if you fixed a BMS with balance charging for the flashlight battery and also provide charging facility.

Thank you, this is amazing! I am currently building it... The step-down for the fan will not step up, so it makes no sense to connect it right to the battery. Also connecting it to 32 volts booster output, it will rise to 100°C within seconds, so it will not survive it long. I decide to connect the fan directly to the battery.
