This season, buy a huge batch of strawberries because I’m going to show you 3 easy ways to preserve strawberries so that you can use them for your favorite recipes all year round.

STRAWBERRY COMPOTE

1 cup strawberries
3 tbsp castor sugar
1 tsp cornflour+ 1 tbsp water
2 tsp lemon juice

STRAWBERRY JAM

1 cup strawberries
1 cup castor sugar
2 tbsp chia seeds
