I used to run a “lagamancer” back in 2000-2001 on classic. The point of this build was literally to lag other people out of the game. In full games I’d drop in the action with max skeles and revives. Would drop many people including myself. The 56k and meager video cards couldn’t handle it.

It's not hacked that is Diablo 3 nerfed Necromancer. This is Diablo 2 not Diablo 3 also Blizzard removed the ability to mod so no Hero Editor. He is most likely wearing Gear that has a +3 to Summons.

Well, unfortunately this is only possible with either a mod or Cheat Engine or similar.
In real game there is no way to legitimately get 35 skeletons, you'd need like a 100+ levels in a skill

I don't think 35 skells is possible in a regular D2 game it's a hacked Necro. At level 20 you get 8 then 1 for every 3 levels.
