I'm almost 60 y/o so I was around for Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Queen Etc you get the picture and I never thought that they would ever find a voice as pure as Freddie Mercury's or as colourful as Robert Plant's.
But I have got to say, that I feel that Greta Van Fleet is an important band today. And I also think that Josh's voice is golden. I've honestly never heard anything quite like it. We haven't heard a voice like this since Freddie Mercury passed away, and we haven't heard intricate, invested music played since Led Zeppelin and The Who broke up. This band and the music that it plays, is a breath of fresh air amidst a musty cookie-cutter factory-produced amalgamation of pig slop that they call music today. Josh has the purest voice I think I've ever heard on par with Freddie Mercury's. I am also a former trained musician, so I kind of do know a little bit about what I'm talking about. Well done guys.

I should have also said that although you fit a certain genre of music, and you can hear the influences of the bands that you were inspired by, you have a unique and individualistic sound that is incredibly you're own, 100% completely and unadulterated Greta Van Fleet. Again, well done

GVF has such an incredible respect and appreciation for their fans; this song puts words to that respect, but it’s apparent in all their actions, how they talk about their work, how they act at concerts, and even the lyrics of their music, which is deeply collectivist in spirit. hats off to them for that care and humility, as well as their sheer musical talent.

IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!! It's been out for 4 days and I've heard it like 20 times already. It's in my 2 hour long Greta Van Fleet playlist of all my favourite GVF tunes. Love this band and their music. These songs that they're writing will be the rock n roll classics in 20-30 years. Thank you guys for carrying on the 70s-80s sound that we all love so much!! Rock on.

I'm over 60, I saw them in Nashville last year. Other than picking my 55 year year old wife up at Henderson Medical center at 3:30 in the morning on my Harley after the show I had a great time. My wife dehydrated, I was a dummy. We're too old to drugs anymore. She's also been kicking MS's ass in for over 20 years . She's doing great with the disease. I'm serious it was dehydration. Anyways, our seats were pretty good. My wife was wheelchaired to the medical area which was next to the stage. She had an IV was very stable waiting for the next ambulance when Safari Song started. She looked at me and said go. I was on the side of the stage through the finale.

Yeah ....these guys are incredible. They have brought, soul, love, raw talent, and showmanship back into rock Pop music like it was in the 60's and 70's, and have managed to make it accessible to ALL ages. Those of us who remember the great classic rock, and those who are discovering that real music exists with just a few guitars a drum kit, a keyboard, and some real talent. I am so glad they have arrived on the scene. They have discovered the secret that Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury and a few rare others discovered.That is, put your heart and soul into the craft .Write music that is not just for one age group, or one race, or one genre or ethnicity...They knew that to be a legend, you must write music that Moves Every one. These guys have it .
Watch them closely all you up and coming musicians.
