Definitely Nottingham Forest, they won 1 league title, 2 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, 1 FA Charity Shield, 2 UEFA Champions Leagues and 1 UEFA Super Cup but then got relegated 2004-05 season and their last cup they won being the full members cup 1991-92 but that got abolished in the same season so the latest cup still known that they have won was the EFL cup 1989-90
