It is so refreshing to see a LotR video that doesn't have emo music! Based on the like to dislike ratio on your video, I can see that it's not to everyone's taste, but I think its nice to break the mold every once in a while. Also, loved the editing, especially the end transition with Arwen taking out the Nazgul.

Genuinely, I don't understand why anyone would shit on this. I mean, I can't edit to save my life. Some people are just rude to be rude. I agree that it's nice to see a lotr edit with music that isn't so hardcore, even if it's not quite perfect. But no one's perfect when they first start out. Mad respect for not letting people get to you!

Frodo is the unlikely hero so i think this song is okay for this vid.

Hi

I can understand your idea to choose this song.
Some parts are fitting. Often when the "Dark Horse" refrain comes up.
But there aer some passages where... well its completle chaos.
Like the scene when Katy sings. "Make me your one and only. Your aphrodite."
And Frodo stares on the street and can feel the nazgul come near.
It makes totally no sense.
But then scenes like when arwen apperas are very good.
So still the upvote.
keep going. But there are much better Songs.

this isn't an amv and oh god putting Katy Perry over LotR is like taking a massive shit on the franchise.
good try with the editing whoever you are but don't quit your day job
