That is so crazy!!! I actually did it. I close my eyes. I took a breath. I asked myself where am I? Out of balance? I said my stomach to myself……. 10 seconds later you said your stomach and I was like wow!!!?

I was in and out a truma bond relationship. When we finally went no contact I broke it off. Then found out she was engaged 3 months later. Even though I know it was a bad relationship totally heartbroken.

I went to a seminar in NYC years ago and was excited to listen to Carolyn Myss but was extremely disappointed because of how she spoke to people, she was very arrogant and belittling to people in the audience that moment I said I will never buy another book or listen to this lady .
