I recently started my 2nd army (salamanders) and as a space marine faction it’s just rule of cool. Don’t bother picking the strong units because they’ll be outdone by the new kits in a month or so. Also sub to eob or be declared a heretic.

After that, they need to decide what kind of Space Marine model. They brainstorm, then spin another wheel, which 60% of the time lands on a 5mm-wide strip labeled "Primaris Lieutenant". 😁
