Moon Salutations are a beautiful, soothing and grounding sequence of yoga postures. This is a wonderful 15-minute yoga class for any time, but especially when you are needing to balance your energy. Grab your yoga mat, turn down the lights (or head outside!) and let's do a class together!

This is the end of my first week of sun salutations in the morning and moon salutations (this video) in the evening. It's been a very grounding experience and its helping me to be more accountable each day as I'm setting intentions in the morning and reviewing in the evening. Tonight though, something just clicked during the moon salutation. Everything just flowed. I am so grateful to you for sharing this. Loving the absolute contentment I'm feeling right now. Namaste 🙏💕

Sheltering in place, I love going onto my rooftop (in Mexico our roofs are flat and made of concrete, like a patio) at 5 am and do yoga. This morning there is a giant silvery moon, and on a whim I searched for this video. What a delight!

I have to modify this heavily to stay with the flow (very inflexible with a big body), so I didn't like it at first, but once I figured out that I can just omit the descent to the floor, then everything worked better (otherwise there was always a gap I had to get over to get down there and get up since I'm not flexible enough to do it the way she does). I'll do this one again. I like that it's still a good workout without putting pressure on my wrists so much.

thank you for this beutiful practice, I am a yogi beginner and I have started with sun salutation in the am as soon as I wake up and this just before I go to bed . it helps me relax and my sleeping has improved so much. it's like melting your days stress away. love how you make it easy and not so quick that this beginner can follow 😊

Love it! Saves me every time I feel stressed, angry and out of balance (which is almost every day after work!) Beautiful moving meditation, that gives a sense of balance and harmony! Thank you very very much! This is by far my favourite practice!

I love this sequence!! Wonder why i havent seen this until now. You are such a genius😍 i love the music and background, your tone and overall. Moody and beautiful and real 'moony' to describe (just made up the word, i'm not a native speaker and from Korea hehe) Even if i totally master this sequence myself later, I'd still like to yoga after this one because of the atmosphere of this clip.Different from suriyanamaskara, this chandra one is very relaxing yet effective, and purifying, like all my mental toxins are detoxified. Thanks for a wonderful sequence!

I am doing the 30 Day Tour after almost 3 years of following you and being guided by your online yoga sessions. It is interesting how different each video feels as I experience them in the different phases of my yoga journey. As my skills, understanding, and appreciation of the practice progresses, I noticed that my perspective and attitude towards each video (and my practice) changes. I do follow other yoga teachers but I always come back to Five Parks. I remain grateful to you, Erin. I still hope I can join one of your yoga retreats someday.
