If just one mother who is overwhelmed, overworked, overstimulated and chronically exhausted watches this and feels a little inspiration or community this then it's all worth it.

I saw it from another mom posting and it gave me so much hope that I would eventually get to where I want to be as well.

There's no "bouncing back" after having children. Prioritizing yourself, health and fitness is now a slow roll forward especially because now you feel guilty about it. You know that's not right but you can't help the mom guilt.
Remember - you're working to stay healthy and fit for not just you but your whole family. 🏋🏽‍♀️

Please don't forget that small victories, changes and consistencies are still progress and amount to massive gains over time. Be kind to yourself and take it slow🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️this video covers 3 years of ups and downs, weightloss and gain and finally some balance.
