Use organic apples, cut in pieces and fill the jar. Melt sugar(as dark, as possible) in a little bit of hot water (1 tbs per apple) and fill the jar to cover the apples, with clean water(spring, filtered,boiled). Place weight over the apples to keep them under water and cover with a coffee filter or paper towel and an elastic band. Leave it in a dark place for a month, checking the water level fom time to time and add as needed. In a few days the fermentation will cause bubbles to appear.. To be continued shortly..
