INGREDIENTS
225g unsalted butter, softened
225g whole sugar 
225g All Purpose Flour 
2 Tsp Baking Powder  
1/4 Tsp salt 
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
4 Tbsp Hot Milk
1 Tsp Instant Coffee

Bloom the Cocoa by mixing with Hot Milk. Add Instant Coffee to get a darker tint and to enhance the Chocolate flavor.

Beat the butter and Sugar till nicely creamed. Takes a few minutes. Add the Eggs one at a time mixing for 30 secs for each egg. Add the vanilla extract. Sift the Flour, Baking powder and salt to the wet ingredients. Add Milk. Divide the batter to a piping bag. Add the cocoa mix to the remaining batter and beat till just incorporated.

Transfer the cocoa batter to a piping bag for easy pouring to the tin.

Alternate the batters and Layer them out.

Baked in a Loaf Tin at 180C for 60mins.
