This is a wonderful TV and I can't wait to see it. I think customers are going to absolutely love it. I just wish Sony would have added the capability to have the audio flow out from the TV over Bluetooth and the TV speakers/actuators (or to an HDMI or Fiber Optic connected sound bar) simultaneously like they did with the new A95L this year. That is such an incredibly sought-after feature that SO many thousands of customers have been asking for for literally for years now. I really hope Sony finds a way to add this simultaneous audio-output functionality to every TV they bring to market in 2024. It just would have been so nice to see in on all of their TVs here in 2023 already.

Great presentation of this set... Unbeatable performance and value and seems to be the OLED to get this year...Make no mistake about it, this A80L EXCEEDS the previous 👑 of oleds, the A90J in practically every conceivable category.. for $2, 500 less than the $7, 999 A90J initial price!

Can't wait to see the Youtube comparisons to see just how much better the XR Clear Image update is, and the improved image upscaling (which is an important feature) and the enhanced image depth processing. will be very interesting to see if it justifies the price increase, especially in a time of recession and record inflation - otherwise it's either the A80K for me or maybe wait until next year and see what happens with MLA/other major improvements. Thanks!

How does this tv compare to the Sony a95k ? Is the last year model superior to this but more closely compared to the a95l?

What is the Picture in Picture like on this TV? Is it side by side or does it place one picture inside another picture? are the picture sizes adjustable? I see the remote has become very minimalist. Is there a jump back to the last channel watched button when watching OTA programing?

I sure wish I could use Bravia Core on my A80J. it won't let me log in at all and I can't create an account without a voucher, and I have no idea where to find a voucher.

4:32 why don’t you add a PS5 port ( or Set a port ~ HDMI 1 to PS5 ) so you just plug a PS5 into it and it automatically recognises it and sets it to the best settings for you .

Because my main using of tv is watching from hard drive.. i tried it at the agent showroom.. it takes a long time to read .. and the sales man remove it before completing readind ( so i did not try it really) .. is this will happen for just the first time using the hard drive or is there any other reason ?.. another question.. is this tv will show the 720 and lower resolution quality better?

I got this TV a few months ago and it's been having this problem where the picture will occasionally go black for a second. I looked online and I see a few others are having this same issue. But it's too late to return.
