Hello .. i take my external drive with me to the agent to check how it works .. because this is my main use of the tv.. ( most of what i watch which is old comedy is 720p and lower) .. because i tried lg tv and it was a bad experience in the quality of the video.. but when i insert the hard drive in the A80L it takes a very long time to open .. and the sales man removed it before trying .. do you know what is the problem

I got my 65” A80L yesterday without the upper right sticker (not the power consumption one). I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Does it mean it was a display or open box tv and sold to me as a brand new model? 🧐

The A90K and the A95L don't buy in Latin America, the A80L is the only choice in Oled Sony in this market. The cuestión is the A80K and A80L have in the extra back space a semiHatsink?

I got 77" A80L, and I didn't have a sticker on the right top corner. I only have an energy-saving sticker. I see a couple of others have the same question. Can you please clarify whether all the new Sony A80L and A80CL TVs come with the sticker on the right top? I got mine from Costco, and it's A80CL 77". I feel concerned if I did get a new unit or not ? Thank you.
